Our Staff

Luann Street was born and raised in South Florida. She earned a degree in Management at Bauder College in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She moved to Asheville in 2003 with her family and hasn't looked back. She joined Blue Ridge Pain Management in 2010. Her strong background in business accounting has proven to be an important asset to the practice. Her friendly nature and her love of people relaxes and comforts the patients and staff. She is organized and loves to learn new things which have helped revitalize and update the office. She has a vibrant nature, loves to laugh, and keeps busy enjoying reading, scrapbooking and hiking.

Crystal Welch earned her Associate Degree of Applied Science and Medical Assisting with honors at South College of Asheville, North Carolina. Crystal joined the staff of Blue Ridge Pain Management in 2005. She exemplifies the practice goals of compassion and professionalism. Her warm poise, equanimity and confidence are always appreciated by our patients.

Emily Ballard earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at the College of Charleston, South Carolina. Emily joined the staff of Blue Ridge Pain Management in 2008. Emily handles all the patient accounts and insurance billing. She is steadfastly kind and compassionate and thorough - she never has a bad day! Emily enjoys volleyball, hiking and biking when she isn't helping our patients.

Teresa Clark joined Blue Ridge Pain Management in 2011 as our Patient Coordinator. Teresa is uniquely qualified to be the first introduction patients experience with our practice. Her past customer service and management experience makes her an excellent addition to our growing practice. She moved with her husband from Florida to the Asheville area in 2010 and enjoys cooking, baking and feeding the staff well.
